Dear experimental BugNet-Collaborators,

as announced, we do have a new addon-protocol for you:

The Tea-Bag decomposition Addon, led by BugNet PhD student Sidonie Loïez from Norway. 

In principle, we ask you to burry tea-bags of green and roiboos tea in your experimental plots, and weigh them before and after 90 days. The protocol is very similar to the tea bag index project (http://www.teatime4science.org/). If you would like to participate, please send us an email – we will then send lots of tea to you!

We hope that many of you will participate – it should not be a lot of work and will reveal a nice dataset testing whether aboveground consumers affect belowground decomposition.
